Jefferson Cub Scout Pack 534, Boy Scout Troop 534, and Elks Lodge 2306 were recently awarded the Governor’s Volunteer Award for beautifying roadways annually since 1990.
The three groups recently picked up debris and cleaned the ditches along a two-mile stretch of Highway 4 south of Jefferson.
